Update 3.11 Creature Review

ree

Hello everyone, and welcome back to the 3.11 (I think that's what we're on now) notes! Quite a few big additions as well as some interesting new shakeups here and there. This information has been provided to me via Jam City/ Ludia and is subject to change as per usual. We have some big meta changes as well as a few notable buffs. So, let's get right to it!!

NEW CREATURES

BLONDE

ree

Stats:

4200 hp

1600 attack

125 speed

0% armor

10% crit

125% critical multiplier

Resistances:

100% stun

50% distraction

75% bleed

50% slow

50% vulnerability

Moves:

>Instant Cunning Strike

>Group Devouring Impact

>Precise Piercing Rampage: Priority. Cleanse Vulnerability. Attack x2 bypassing dodge and armor.

Cooldown 1. Delay 1.

>Blighted Piercing Counter

>Critical Obstruction

Blonde is probably the weaker of the two Becklespinax twins, but she can still pack a punch. With instant cunning strike and precise piercing rampage, she can deal a lot of priority damage, especially when paired with the counter to stop those pesky healers. Blonde may be weaker in the meta, but she is able to deal with her sister, who as we’ll see soon, is the bigger menace of the two. However, she’ll shake up the epic meta.

BRUNETTE

ree

Stats:

4800 hp

1500 attack

111 speed

10% armor

5% crit

125% critical multiplier

Resistances:

100% stun

50% bleed

50% rend

50% armor reduction

Moves:

>Cleansing Formation: Self: Cleanse distraction and critical reduction. Increase Attack and Crit chance 25% 2 turns 4 attacks

>Defense Shattering Revenge

>Alert Devouring Impact:

Secure:

Cleanse Vulnerability. Lowest HP: Attack x1.5 breaking shields and bypassing armor. Devour heal 60% for 3 turns.

Cooldown 2.

Threatened (less than 50% hp):

Heal x1.5. Lowest HP: Attack x1.5 bypassing dodge and armor.

Cooldown 2.

>Defensive Counter Strike

>No Escape

Brunette may be in contention for the best epic. And, get this, this is the first epic to counter Gigantspinosaurus for the most part. It can swap in on either of its impacts and win still, but Brunette is the best epic for the job, especially with no escape. Not to mention she also matches up very well into basically everything else. She has insane stats, good resistances, and the kit to tie it all together. She does have some checks like Giganotosaurus, Indominus gen 2, and Megalotops which can just stall with Camouflage until hitting it with a rampage as to not trigger the counter. After that Baryonyx and Argenteryx seem like the next-best options.

AMPELOREX

ree

Stats:

6000 hp

1600 attack

105 speed

25% armor

10% crit

125% critical multiplier

Resistances:

50% Stun

75% Rend

100% Vulnerability

100% Armor Reduction

50% Heal Reduction

Moves:

>Superior Vulnerability

>Taunting Shielded Resilient Impact

>Intimidating Brace: Priority. Self: Cleanse Distraction. Heal x1. Cleanse. Increase attack 2 turns 4 attacks.

Team: Increase Armor 50% 2 turns 4 attacks. Lowest HP: Reduce speed 50% 2 turns. Reduce Attack 25% 2 turns 2 attacks.

Cooldown 2

>Fierce Devouring Rampage

>Swap in Invincibility

>Stunning Obstruction

>Medium Ferocious Piercing Counter: Self: Increase attack 25% 2 turns 4 attacks.

Attacker: Break shields. Attack x.5 bypassing dodge and armor

This is probably the best unique in the game. It hits like a truck while also taking hits like a champion. Its stats are crazy good except for the speed, which benefits it with the counter boosting its damage before its big attacks. You can heal back crazy amounts with devour and brace, which is itself a dumb move and allows Ampelorex to counter many of the fierce creatures that would pose a threat to it. From the hour of testing I had with this, I knew immediately this was the top unique. It not only can beat every unique in the game, but can handle many apex too. And I mean two of the top 3 apex in Rajadorixis and Alankylodactylus. And this is just raw 1v1s. I am ignoring the fact that it has stunning obstruction and swap in invincibility at its disposal.

Out of the uniques I tested, not a single one can beat this thing head-to-head every time. The best bet was Sarcomantarx, which wins if it gets the stun. Then after that you’re looking at a 50/50 with Tyrannometrodon, Styracos Lux which wins if it gets the stun or trades if it doesn’t, Thylos trades, Albertospinos needs a crit while not getting crit by the impact which is about 42%, Dsungascorpios has to predict right while also landing the stun, Skorpiostegotops can swap in (as long as it goes for impact and only impact) and usually trades depending on the stun, while Pyrorixis will lose without the stun, but can trade with the critical hit.

As for relevant apex creatures, Magnaraptor is a 50/50, Monolomoth needs stuns, Rajadorixis usually loses, especially if you predict right as Ampelorex and go for brace on decimation. Gryganyth will win with max ferocity turn one thanks to bleed, which is how Ceratostegotops also wins. Dracos Lux needs the stuns to pull this off but should at least trade if it gets afflicting horn off. Every other meta apex like Megalocevia, Compsovenator, and Dilorizon drop. Yeah, this thing is pretty broken.

CREATURE BUFFS

GORGONOPS

Attack now 1250

Distraction ➡️ Cunning Strike

Cunning Impact ➡️ Cheating Impact: Priority: Cheat Death 1 turn. Cleanse Bleed. Attack x1.5. Cooldown 2

I could see this helping Gorgonops out a lot, especially with Yutyrannus and Sinraptor ruining its day. Now Gorgonops actually can be used in the rare + omega meta.

AILURARCTOS/QUETZALCOATLUS GEN 2

Ferocious Shielded Heal: Self: Reduces healing 50% 3 turns

This is a decent hit to both of these epics. Panda is only viable half the time to heal stalling while Quetz just stinks. Now this removes this from them, which I think is a beneficial change overall.

KOOLASUCHUS

ree

Attack now 1200

Stun resistance now 50%

Slow Resistance now 50%

Group Distraction ➡️ Blighted Dodge Impact: 75% to Dodge 66% damage 2 turns 4 attacks. Attack x1.5. Reduce Healing 25% 2 turns 4 attacks. Cooldown 2.

Gains Ambush on Escape: Target all opponents: Distract 50% 2 turns 4 attacks. Self: Cloak 2 turns. x2 damage on next attack

Koolasuchus is a buff I am disappointed in. This is probably the best on escape in the game, combining cheat death with pesky alert is insane (immediate buff to Indotaurus). The issue is that Koolasuchus cannot capitalize off of it. The blighted dodge impact is a great move, but Koolasuchus isn’t doing squat to Brontolasmus or Gigantspinosaurus. And its damage off the cloaked attack is fine, but not amazing. I think Koolasuchus can find a spot in the meta, but it isn’t going to reach the heights of something like Kentrosaurus or Megistotherium. But it might benefit off some frailer omegas like Yutyrannus.

SINOCERATOPS

HP now 3550

Attack now 1400

Stun resistance now 100%

Pin resistance now 75%

Distraction resistance now 75%

Vulnerability resistance now 50%

Gains Stunning Obstruction

Sinoceratops is now only second to Woolly Rhino in swap damage. However, with the addition of stunning obstruction and these resistances, it has probably surpassed Woolly Rhino in the epic meta. As someone who has used Sinoceratops since day one, I am thrilled, but also sad as it won’t reach the heights that Kentrosaurus is at. When it comes to swap in damage without omegas, Sinoceratops is now the best option, but it’s probably neck and neck (or frill and frill) with Stegoceratops for that title.

DAKOTANOPS

Hp now 3600

Attack now 1400

Pin resistance now 75%

Distraction➡️Sidestep

Distracting Impact ➡️ Relentless Endurance: Act Last. Self: Cleanse. Cheat Death 2 turns. Highest Attack: Attack x2. Cooldown 2. Delay 1.

Gains Defensive Swap in

Dakotanops was so close to being good. Yet that stupid delay fumbles everything up. This means Dakotanops is relegated to a revenge killer and just that. And even then it can struggle with some top tiers like the Doe and Buck taking it down when it does have the move ready. This could work against the likes of Angel or Rebel, but that’s AFTER the revenge kill, and with all the priority moves running around, it can be hard for it to do that safely. Even in a perfect world, Dakotanops will struggle. But it is an improvement.

ENTELOMOTH

ree

Bleed resistance now 100%

Rend resistance now 50%

Distraction resistance now 25%

Bellow ➡️ Precise Fierce Rampage: Fierce Rampage with precision.

Gains Counter Ferocity

This one is good. Entelomoth is nowhere near the king as it was all those years ago, but it’s decent now. The issue is that this thing was so close to being good. First, Group Shattering Trample from Entelodon for the impact would’ve been a major upgrade. But even still, two slight adjustments could’ve done it. Now raise your hand if you hate fighting Olorotitan. I know many of you have raised your hands mentally or physically. I do too. It’s annoying. A pain in the rear. By increasing Entelomoth’s hp to 4800 and giving it vulnerability immunity, Entelomoth would’ve been a complete counter to a max attack and hp Olorotitan build because they normally forgo crit chance. It was sooooo close. And even still, it would’ve been good into other omegas like Yutyrannus and even Clever Girl.

EREMOCEROS

Hp now 4100

Attack now 1350

Camouflage ➡️ Superiority Impact

Dig in ➡️ Camouflaged Dig in: Camouflage + Dig in (literally)

I’m disappointed in this. Camouflaged Dig in is a crazy good move, but that’s all Eremoceros has. Superiority impact isn’t bad as a turn 1 option, but the resistances are still bad and the kit hasn’t improved, so Slothdeer sadly isn’t going anywhere. It needs a counter and some better resistances, maybe something like the counter on Australotitan or pin immunity from Eucladoceros.

GRYLENKEN

Disarming Decimate and Run ➡️ Disarming Decimation: Attack x2.5. Reduce armor and damage 50% 2 turns 4 attacks.

Gains Swap in Dodge

As a Grylenken user, I’ll take the buff, but Grylenken didn’t need one unlike everything else getting buffed. I’ll tell you right now that Grylenken losing the ability to run doesn’t matter as much seeing as the synergy isn’t too important and being able to fire off that amount of damage that quickly is wild. The swap in dodge also now allows it to not only get in safely too, but reliably start to build up the crit chance and begin to steamroll.

KOOLABOURGIANA

ree

Attack now 1200

Distracting Impact ➡️Baiting Rampage: Increase damage 25% 2 turns 4 attacks. Attack x2 with precision. Reduce damage 25% 2 turns 4 attacks. Cooldown 3.

Gains Distracting Counter

This buff is trash. Baiting rampage is a great move, but there is no followup. They could’ve done something like sly rampage and run or like instant shield impact to capitalize on the distraction stacking and ferocity at the same time. But no it’s still trash like Darwezopterus. Waste of time on their part (lol.).

MONOMIMUS

Evasive stance ➡️ Sidestep

Swap in Dodge ➡️ Cheating Dodge: Swap in dodge with cheat death for 1 turn

Darting Counter added

Monomimus may make a comeback with this one. The cheating death may not be as important as it seems, but what stands out is darting counter, allowing Monomimus to gain the advantage straight away. This potentially allows it to swap in on something like Sinraptor or a Grylenken raking claws and fire back. Unfortunately firing back isn’t that hard hitting. But it still is much better off than it was before.

RAJAKYLOSAURUS

Hp now 4550

Attack now 1200

Speed now 107

Crit chance now 20%

Critical multiplier now 150%

Stun resistance now 75%

Distraction resistance now 75%

Vulnerability resistance now 100%

Slow resistance now 100%

Armor reduction resistance now 100%

Taunting shields ➡️ Instant Shield Impact

Instant Invincibility Taunt ➡️ Invincible Blighted Strike: Shield 100% 1 turn 2 attacks. Attack x1. Reduce healing 25% 2 turns 4 attacks. Cooldown 1. Delay 1.

Rajakylosaurus was super close like Entelomoth. This could’ve been the best Stegulatus counter if it got the counter and on escape from Rajasaurus. But alas, it gained neither. However, it still could do well with all it gained from this buff. The resistances are massive and what Rajakylosaurus needed the most. The output is alright, but it could’ve been better. But in comparison to all the other legendary buffs, this could be arguably the best.

RINCHICYON

Hp now 3900

Stun resistance now 50%

That’s it. Um ok? Rinchicyon isn’t going anywhere, especially when Grylenken has a turn 2 decimation to followup on instant buff. It’s a nothing buff. A disappointing change.

TORO

ree

Distraction resistance now 100%

Thrashing Impact and Run ➡️ Thrashing Impact: Cleanse. Increase attack 50% 2 turns 4 attack. Lowest hp: Break shields bypass armor attack x1.5. Cooldown 1. Delay 1.

This change is alright. If it was available turn 1 Toro would be a lot better. But with the delay, this could end up making Toro actually worse. The distraction immunity helps and allows Toro to maximize healing from horned devour. But the delay could put Toro in jeopardy. And even if it doesn’t hinder Toro much, it would still struggle to compete with the more broken Omegas.

FINAL THOUGHTS

So those are the changes. Nothing too crazy, but I would take it over some other recent patches where nothing really improved. Thank you all for reading and good luck in the tournament!

Thanks for the review, I really like playing. Moreover, I found this awesome review on Royal Vegas Casino here: https://casinoonlineca.ca/casino/royal-vegas/ . The slots are unreal, the bonuses are generous, and it actually works well for Canadians. I was a little sceptical at first, but the site breaks everything down clearly — how the payments work, what games to try, and even the customer service stuff. If you're looking for a real thrill, this is your move.

In Counter-Strike, it's not just about individual skill, but also teamwork. When the whole team works together, they can win the match, even if some players aren't that good. Interaction, information exchange, and the ability to defend and attack at the right moment are important in the game. What do you think about https://daddyskins.com/? Without good communication, it is difficult to win, regardless of the level of equipment or experience of the players.

If it’s the only way to get ampelorex, I may have to go P2W…(really only if it’s in a battlepass cause I am NOT spending 100 bucks on an incubator) thanks for taking the time to review all this stuff! I appreciate it.

I don't play the game anymore but it is good to see that every once in a while they make good changes.

I think you have something wrong? The ferocious shielded heal isn't in jamcity's released patch notes (neither are the creatures with the move included in the rebalanced creatures section). Also, the text regarding the move makes no sense. Does it reduce their own healing by 50% after every use?

it's Jam City what did you expect? But yes, it would reduce the user's healing by 50%
